Withdrawal is the only test that matters. Here are the minimums, the methods, the realistic timeframes and the short list of reasons requests get stuck — and how to avoid every one of them.
Quick answer
Pocket Option withdrawals usually go back to the method you deposited with. Verify your account (KYC) first, then request a payout; e-wallets and crypto are typically fastest, cards and bank transfers can take a few business days.
Minimum amounts and methods
You can withdraw from $10 using the same methods available for deposits: cards, e-wallets, cryptocurrencies. The set of methods depends on the region; crypto is usually the fastest.
Follow the one-method rule: withdraw to where you deposited from. Requests to a different method almost always go through additional review.
Verification before the first withdrawal
Before the first withdrawal the platform will request documents: an ID and a proof of address, sometimes a photo with the document. This is standard procedure, not a sign of trouble.
Complete verification in advance, before creating a request. Then the only remaining delay is the processing queue, not a document review.
Timeframes
Requests are processed in a queue; crypto and e-wallets are usually faster, bank cards slower. The platform shows the expected timeframe when you create the request, and it depends on the method and current load.
If the stated time has passed and the money has not arrived — first check the request status in the transaction history. "Delayed" and "rejected" are different situations with different fixes.
The usual causes of delays
An unfinished or not started verification, withdrawing to a method the account was never funded with, an incomplete bonus turnover, and mismatches in profile data — four causes that cover most stuck requests.
A separate category: attempts to withdraw more than was deposited, from multiple accounts or through third-party cards. Such requests are rejected and the accounts get restricted.
Bonuses and turnover
If the deposit was made with a promo code, a turnover condition is attached to the withdrawal: a required trade volume must be completed. Until then, withdrawal is limited or requires giving up the bonus — conditions vary, read them at activation.
A practical rule: take a bonus only if your normal trading volume covers the turnover anyway. Otherwise a clean deposit without a bonus withdraws far more easily.
Pre-withdrawal checklist
Check five items: verification is complete, the profile holds real data, the withdrawal method matches the deposit method, bonus conditions are met, and the request is created from your own account — not through intermediaries.
If everything checks out and the withdrawal is late beyond the stated time, contact support with the request number. Signal AI does not participate in money movement: deposits and withdrawals happen only between you and the platform.
