Pocket Option Login: Access, 2FA and Fixing Sign-in Problems
Updated: 2026-09-15
Sign-in problems are usually solved in a minute once you know where to look. Here are the login methods, password reset, 2FA and the typical errors — including "account not found".
Ways to sign in
The main path is the Pocket Option website: email and password, or Google and Telegram sign-in if it is connected to your account. One login works across the site, the app and mini-apps like Signal AI — balance and history are shared.
Always sign in from the official domain. Phishing copies of the platform exist, and they collect exactly one thing: your credentials. Check the address bar, not just the page design.
Password reset
A forgotten password is recovered through a message sent to your registered email. If the letter does not arrive, check the spam folder and make sure you entered the exact address you registered with.
Did not receive the email and unsure about the address? Do not create a second account — that breaks the rules. Contact Pocket Option support and ask which address the profile is registered under.
Two-factor authentication
2FA is the cheapest possible account upgrade: a code from an authenticator app is required when signing in from a new device. It is enabled in the profile settings.
Save the backup codes when you enable 2FA. Losing access to the authenticator without backup codes turns logging in into a long conversation with support.
Common sign-in problems
"Account not found" almost always means a typo in the email or signing in with the wrong method (email instead of Google). The next cause is regional restrictions: the platform is unavailable from some countries, and a VPN creates a mismatch that resurfaces at verification.
A captcha that will not pass and an endless spinner are usually browser issues: disable aggressive blockers or try another browser before blaming the platform.
Demo and real accounts under one login
The demo and real accounts live in one profile — switching happens in the interface, no separate registration needed. Demo progress does not carry over to the real balance, but the trade history stays per mode.
A useful habit: before trading, check which mode is selected. Accidentally trading the wrong balance is a classic beginner story.
Account security basics
A unique password, 2FA and skepticism toward emails "from support" cover the basics. No real support team will ever ask for your password or 2FA codes in a chat.
If someone did get into your account: change the password, check active sessions and write to support immediately. A fast reaction usually preserves the funds.
