The cleanest window is the London session, 07:00–12:00 UTC, when UK order flow dominates and moves tend to extend in one direction.
Common mistakes
Trading cable at Asian-session hours produces long stretches of drift punctuated by sudden spikes — the worst combination for very short expiries.
Chasing an already-extended move is the second trap. When RSI is pinned above 70 on a one-minute chart, the payoff on continuation is thin compared with the risk of a snap-back.
